Why Change of Heart is Banned

Change of heart is banned because
1. it doesnt have a cost
2. its a spell card which is faster then a trap card.
3. Unlike snatch & Steal, you cant use mystical s pace typhoon on it to nullify its effects.
that being said, it will likely never be unbanned.
